With iCab, if you select Safari (Mac) as ID iCab will identify itself as Safari browser on a Mac computer and this will let you view full version of web pages.

I simply attempted the installation via iTunes, which failed ("incompatible OS version"), then tried to install it again from the App Store on my iPad 4. iCab offers more functionality than Safari. In my testing, I did not actually need to unplug the iPad mid-install.
